How does symphony Air Coolers work?
The process is very simple-one fills the tank with cold water and ice. The pump lifts the water up through a tubing system and the water is then distributed over a cooling pad then a motor/fan blade system blows the water out of the cooler and it evaporates into the air. These units are ideally fed with ambient air so windows being open and the units near a window are desirable. This is true for any type of cooler not just symphony. Also, this unit is highly recommended for outdoor puposes —patios, parties, weddings, sport activities, etc.
In addition, symphony units are proven to have much better velocity and air throw distance and are considered “room” coolers not limited to small spaces. Finally, unit's aesthetic beauty is unparalleled in the industry. These units are much better looking to anything on the market today.
Please remember since this air cooler does not have a compressor you don't have to vent it, but at the same time the air is never going to be as cold as an air conditioner. But it will be cool air (lot cooler than many other air coolers in the market) This units should not be compared to an air conditioners and DO NOT expect it to cool your entire room like an AC. Any air cooler's job is to just blow cool air into the room and cooling depends upon the amount of cold water and ice it gets. More cold water and ice is added longer it will last and much the cooler air will be. However, these units are environmentally clean, much lower energy costs (about 25% of an equivalent sized air conditioner) and are much quieter since there is no compressor noise.

& Cancellations

DEFECTIVE
EXCHANGE
If unit (any product) is defective,
we will gladly make an exchange. We
will have it picked up and send a new
replacement, at our cost. You
will not pay a single cent.
Exchanges will only be made with the
same model - if customer upgrades or
downgrades to a different model, we'll
treat it as a return and new order.
RETURNS
If customer does not want exchange and wants to return it instead and wants a refund, customer is responsible to ship unit back to our warehouse at their own expense; restocking fee of 18% will apply regardless if defective and original shipping and handling fee ($30) will not be refunded. Usually there
should be no reason for returns, if
there is any problem with the product
we will exchange it with a BRAND NEW
product at no extra cost to you. Once product(s) is/are shipped, all Packages Refused are considered as returns as well and return policy will apply at the time of refund.

All returns and replacements must be requested
within 30 days after the receipt of the product.

CANCELLATIONS
If
you placed the order and you wanted
to cancel the order BEFORE IT
IS SHIPPED, we will gladly
cancel your order and $15.99 cancellation
fee will be charged and credit card
processing charges will not be refunded.
Please make sure that you call us within
few hours after the order is placed.
We ship the items out same or next business
day. We cannot process cancellations
after the product is shipped out. It
will be considered as a return instead
once the product is shipped and you
will need to pay the return charges.
